Nearly a week ago, Oppo Malaysia has posted up a teaser for a new phone on their Facebook page, giving us only a glimpse of the device’s back with no other information other than it has 4G LTE support.
We do not have to stay curious for long as it the new phone was revealed to be the Oppo Neo 5, which is an upgrade of the Oppo Neo.

It is a mid-range phone with specs such as:

4GB internal storage memory (expandable up to 32GB via microSD slot)

The Oppo Neo 5 also supports OTG (USB On-The-Go), which allows for direct connection with storage devices such as flash drives, microSD cards and hard drives for a more convenient data transfer. Besides that, it has Screen-off Gesture which enables quick activation of the device as well as quick launch of apps when the screen is off.
The most interesting part has got to be its price. Priced as just RM598, the Oppo Neo 5 no doubt becomes the most affordable LTE smartphone in Malaysia at the moment. You can purchase it now at authorized dealers nationwide.
