Macam ni lah kalau nama pun kerja kan? so semalam dan kelmarin ingat nak taip sesuatu di blog tapi tak jadi sebab sibuk dengan hal sendiri. Biasalah bila dah berkahwin ni tak banyak aktiviti yang merangsang minda dan fizikal tapi tetap ada untuk diri sendiri biar pun lambat, yelah asalkan kita bahagia kan.
Sekarang ni nak citer pasal pekerjaan sekarang, so aku faham mungkin tak berapa sesuai di jadikan topik tapi aku nak citer gak sebab ni kan blog aku nyehnyehnyeh.

Kira aku start tu time aku baru kahwin dengan orang rumah aku tahun 2009. Merentas masa, melawan arus serta pelbagai lagi dugaan yang baru terpaksa la aku redahi eceh hahahahah, hanya rodong (kawan) aku sahaja yang faham berapa tahun aku dah menganggur, memang cemerlang gak lah buah anggur tu hahahahaha.
Oklah sekarang pun aku dah anak dua dan makin membesar dah diorang ni, pastu aku yang rasa perkara yang best ialah aku jumpa balik kawan sekolah vokay 1996 dulu. Cumanya takat ni aku jumpa baru lah 4 orang kira on dan off lah jumpa diorang kat kuantan. Memang kelakar bila beborak pasal cerita lama2 kat sekolah dulu, especially teringat sejarah kantoi tak solat subuh hahahaha tu biasa eh yeke? alamak kantoi hahahaha takpelah tu dulu time2 jahil kan.
Apa lagi ek aku nak cerita nantilah aku cerita pasal sekolah vokay yang femes. So sekarang aku ada keje nak sambung.

When mass printing dominated the mid-twentieth century, the number of colors in an image was reduced by replacing gradients with dots. The technique was seized upon by pop artists, like Lichtenstein and Warhol, to such an extent that it’s entered our visual language.
However, despite it being one of the simplest ways to evoke retro printing, it’s not that easy a technique to produce in Photoshop.
Happily designer MattBorchert has fixed the problem for us by providing Halftone Automater, a great set of Photoshop actions, free to download for WebdesignerDepot readers.
There are 12 distinct actions: dots, diagonal lines, and horizontal lines; each divided into small, medium, large, huge and gigantic sizes.

Peter Sanders began his career in the mid 1960s as one of London's key photographers of rock musicians. His pictures of Bob Dylan, Jimi Hendrix, The Doors, The Rolling Stones, The Who and many others performing are classics of the genre.
In 1970, he set off for India, cameras in hand. He travelled for seven months. This trip became a spiritual odyssey that led him onto Morocco and thereafter to the Holy cities of Makkah and Madinah, where he photographed the hajj, at a time when few professional photographers had access to Islam's holiest sanctuaries.
For the last two years, Peter Sanders Photography began the immense task of scanning and thus digitalizing his vast collection of over a quarter of a million transparencies to create islamicimages.com which will be the first on-line website dedicated to the Islamic world. Once it is launched, historical and other important collections will be added. Estimated launch date 2013.
Vassilis Tangoulis leads a double carrier as an academic teacher-Lecturer and a fine art photographer. He is a physicist working in the Chemistry department in Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece and despite his full time carrier has also found success following his lifetime passion of photography. He has been a recipient of international award for his Black and White long exposure work.
Photography is a 4D object leaving its footprint, its “trace,” in a 2D layer. When this happens for a 3D object, it is easy for a mind to visualize its 3D morphology. In order to envision a 4D object, however, one needs the power of Fine Art photography.

He was born in a small Greek town –Karpenisi surrounded by mountains and was really lucky to be a “village” boy. He had the opportunity to see sceneries that influenced his viewpoint and perspective and maybe unconsciously defined the absolute meanings of words like “sunset”, “snow”, and many others; all important ingredients of a landscape photographer. He left Karpenisi at the age of 11 and spent some 20 years in different towns and the last 10 years Vassilis lives in Patras, a beautiful town near the sea. Neutral density filters came into his life and a new surrealistic world has been revealed…From that moment he gives all his creativity to elaborate and explore this new world.
For him Fine Art photography is an alternative way to express a common subject so that each individual artist can reveal secret aspects about it. In order to do this, each artist experiments with light, time, and spatial coordinates– and then through one’s processing, one reveals a subject framed in a transformed world in which its dimensions can be easily described and visualized. He always try to leave a message behind his photos. For him every photo has symbolic meanings and sometimes he leaves the symbols to speak for themselves but there are times he has to give a guidance and this is usually the title he chooses for a collection. He works with collections of photos (sets of 5 or more) and this because he always needs a concept when he takes photographs. Taking a photo is always a serious matter for him and if there is no concept or no message prefers to stay silent. After all Ansel Adams said it much better : “When words become unclear, I shall focus with photographs. When images become inadequate, I shall be content with silence.”
"So this is the best situation for designer out there to know at least know their creativity flow and becoming dead. So if you're still a designer and really stuck on ideas; this is why it happens."
When it comes to doing creative work, it’s important to not only look for ways to let our creativity thrive, but to also be mindful of insidious “creativity killers” that can sneak up and strangle our ability to come up with our best ideas. According to research from Harvard University, there are five main culprits that are responsible for killing our creativity.
It’s important to recognize these impediments to the creative thought process because many are insidious, and worse yet, most can be made on the managerial end, meaning we may be stifling our creative workers without even realizing it.
For those of us doing creative work, we must be mindful of these deterrents of the creative process so we can continue to put out our most novel ideas.
1. Role Mismatch
As Einstein said, “Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.”
Placing people in roles that they are not fit for is a surefire way to kill creativity. Although this may seem like a managerial concern, there are personal consequences here as well. Additional research has shown that we are at our best when we are “busy” (and pushed to our limits), but not rushed. In the wrong role, we can struggle to keep up and live in a constant state of creativity-crushing panic.
2. External End-Goal Restriction
Although self-restriction can often boost creativity, the Harvard study shows thatexternal restrictions are almost always a bad thing for creative thinking. This includes subtle language use that deters creativity, such as bosses claiming “We do things by the book around here,” or group members implicitly communicating that new ideas are not welcome.
3. Strict Ration of Resources
While money and physical resources are important to creativity, the Harvard study revealed that mental resources were most important, including having enough time.
Creative people re-conceptualize problems more often than a non-creative. This means they look at a variety of solutions from a number of different angles, and this extensive observation of a project requires time. This is one of the many reasons you should do your best to avoid unnecessary near-deadline work that requires novel thinking. Also, when we are faced with too many external restrictions we spend more time acquiring more resources than actually, you know, creating.
4. Lack of Social Diversity
Homogeneous groups have shown to be better able to get along, but it comes at a cost: they are less creative. This even applies to the social groups you keep, so beware of being surrounded by people who are too similar all the time, you may end up in a creative echo-chamber.
5. Discouragement/No Positive Feedback
It’s tough to continue working on novel ideas when you haven’t received any positive feedback. This feeling is backed by psychological research that shows people who’ve started a new undertaking are most likely to give up the first time things come crashing down, also known at the “what the hell!” effect.
Aku dah main game ni kira dah 3 hari tu pun 45% je abes.
